BUDDING young photographers with a knack for taking pictures that speak more than just about a new cafe in town, now have the chance to showcase their skills at this year’s Newspaper-in-Education contest by The Star (Star-NiE).
Titled MAD – Making a Difference – secondary school students (Forms One to Six) are to take a picture of a youth (aged between 13 and 25) giving back to society.
