NATIONAL Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) borrowers who make use of directly debiting their monthly repayments from their bank accounts will be able to enjoy a 10% discount on their outstanding debt.
The discount was announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in the Budget 2017 speech and will be valid until December 2017.
