AS the saying goes, the only constant is change. And this adage could not be more pronounced than in the ICT industry.
“The technology industry is dynamic, imperative and ever-evolving. If you are not adaptable, you will be phased out,” said First City University College vice-chancellor Dr Ho Chee Cheong during the signing of a memorandum of understanding held at the campus recently.
