Decision on hold

1 A little less stress: The decision to postpone the must pass SPM English paper will allow students more time to brush up on their proficiency before the ruling takes effect. 2. A closer look: Since not all school laboratories are equipped with the necessary apparatus to conduct experiments, the decision to reintroduce science practical exams have been put on hold.3. Why change? Once a policy is made, there must be plans to ensure that the objective and target date are met, says Noor Azimah.4. No losing sight: Prof Ganakumaran is of the view that stakeholders must focus on the primary objective - developing competence in the language.5. A welcome move: The NUTP praises the ministry for understanding the situation, says Lok.6. No U-turn, please: It doesn’t make sense to take a step forward and then back down, says Shamsudin. amsudin
