UUM study centres encourage learning

Triumphant day: Some MBA and DBA graduates from UUM who pursued their degrees through Rezzen study centres.

IN an effort to broaden its base of adult students studying advance post-graduate degrees such as MBA and the DBA, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) has set up collaborative study centres throughout the country.

Since 2003, UUM has pioneered about a dozen such centres, including in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, in collaboration with e-learning company Rezzen Sdn Bhd. From just 14 students in Penang, the numbers have grown to nearly 1,000.
