THE University of Nottingham presented a Special Excellence Award 2014 to Nagulendran Kangayatkarasu, former deputy under secretary at the Natural Resources and Environment Ministry at an alumni dinner hosted last month.
Nagulendran graduated with a master’s degree in environmental management from the university in 2003.
