Target PBS first in primary schools

AS a parent, I am happy that the government is considering the review of the School Based Assessment system (PBS). That must be a relief for the affected teachers.

Having said that, it is also very disturbing and alarming for the Form Three students. They have no direction and do not know what to expect. They do not know if they are going to be assessed or not. More importantly, how are they going to be assessed?
