UNIVERSITI Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) and Mega PJ Sdn Bhd signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) at the varsity’s Kuala Lumpur campus recently for a venture into green technology construction.

A research team from the varsity’s Engineering and Science Faculty comprising Dr Low Kaw Sai, Dr Ng Soon Ching and Dr Tioh Ngee Heng, developed and filed a patent for a green technology prefabricated building material called “membrane encased lightweight concrete panel and block”.
