THE RETAIL industry’s workforce will receive a “push” in professionalism thanks to the recent establishment of a wholesale and retail Industry Centre of Excellence (ICoE).
The ICoE is a collaboration between the Malaysian Retails Chain Association (MRCA), Mydin Mohamed Holdings and institutions of higher education like SEGI University College, Universiti Utara Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi Mara.
