I REFER to the letter “Draw up a refund plan for unis” by Concerned Parents (StarEducation Mar 27). I sympathise with the plight of the writers, as a person who has some knowledge of both education and business, my stand would be that money paid is not refundable, under any circumstances.
Non-paying customers kill a business, and customers who ask for a refund, even partial, are equally threatening to the future of the business.
