Teach knowledge, not how to score

ALTHOUGH such a big chunk of our country's budget was set aside for education, I wonder if it will make a huge difference to the education system.  

I am sitting for the SPM this year and attended a talk on how to score in biology. When asked a question, the speaker, a senior teacher said: “Jawapan betul tetapi tidak diperuntukkan markah.” We want to produce world-class students with first world mentality yet we educate them with a third-class system.
