A PENANG Barisan Nasional leader has called for more motorcycle and bicycle parking space to be set up along Lebuh Noordin.
State Barisan Nasional public complaints bureau vice-chairman Lee Hack Teik said the residents there mostly ride motorcycles and bicycles instead of cars.
