SHOP owners along part of Jalan Magazine in Penang are appealing to the state government to allow motorists to wait inside their cars along the road.
Business had dropped as much as 50% for some shopowners after motorists were not allowed to wait or park their vehicles with the drawing of double yellow lines along the stretch.
