RESIDENTS of the Sungai Pari Towers are optimistic on the redevelopment plans for the neighbourhood, possibly the least desirable address in the city.
Senior citizen Wong Ah Kam, 65, said the council should practise preventive maintenance for the new buildings, and not wait until it is in dire need of repair.
