Hit the road while you are still young

HAVING boarded the plane, we buckled up and not long after, the plane lifted off. I remember feeling extreme discomfort in my ears. Then, after the plane was in the air, the pain subsided. The stewards then briefed the passengers on safety procedures.

Or was that before takeoff? Four years have passed since my last plane ride, to South Korea in 2008. It was an enjoyable trip, with many good memories, but my fondest experience abroad would undoubtedly be from 2006, when I went to South Africa.
