GEORGE TOWN: Penang Hill Corporation (PHC) has refuted claims that the two recent train service disruptions were due to poor maintenance.
PHC operation manager Mohd Firdaus Ibrahim said the incidents on Nov 15 and Nov 22 were “isolated” cases.
