FORMER champions Kedah edged Police 8-3 in the rain-interrupted Group C Agong Cup rugby match at the Sultan Abdul Halim Stadium in Alor Setar.
Kedah scored one try and a penalty while Police were restricted to a lone try before the match was called off by Armed Forces referee Ahmad Syam in the 55th minute due to torrential rain coupled with lightning.
