A STATE Cabinet minister was disappointed that the Federal Government had not allocated money for the upgrading of the Pan-Borneo Highway or rather the trunk road.
State Infrastructure Development and Communications Minister Datuk Michael Manyin had reportedly said in Kuching two days ago that as a Sarawakian, he felt disappointed.
