Paiman’s solo exhibition based on tale of Ali Baba

Wei-Ling Gallery in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur will hold an exhibition called “Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves” by artist Paiman.

Paiman’s long-awaited exhibition is based on ideas and materials that the artist conjured from his observations of society around him in the burgeoning Malaysian economy of the 1990s.
