THE city of Petaling Jaya and Bandung City of West Java Province, Indonesia are now sister cities, an arrangement that is expected to boost trade, business and educational ties and help exchange of expertise.
Petaling Jaya mayor Datuk Mohamad Roslan Sakiman said the letter of intent was inked with a memorandum of understanding on sister city cooperation in four areas — economic Development and trade, tourism, culture and education — after a delegation from Bandung City visited Petaling Jaya recently.
