GEORGE TOWN: A syndicate headed by a Pakistani mastermind was busted by the police after it duped 51 people of more than RM400,000.
Penang Deputy police chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Abdul Rahim Jaafar said four syndicate members including the Pakistani, and two women, aged between 25 and 40, were arrested in Seberang Prai.
