PROCEEDINGS at the Penang State Assembly heated up fast with barbs being traded over the “wasting of time” by representatives during the oral question session.

Opposition assemblymen were out of their seats at the first question, requesting state Religious Affairs, Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Committee chairman Abdul Malik Abul Kassim (PKR-Batu Maung) not to veer off topic when answering.
