STAFFERS of the Women’s Centre for Change (WCC) in Penang are overjoyed although they only won the fourth prize in The Star’s ‘Bid & Win’ charity series which was held earlier this year from Jan 6 to Feb 6.
WCC earned 68,164 Star Points tokens, which enabled them to walk away with Panasonic electronic goods worth RM10,000.
