Highway too close for comfort

RESIDENTS of Bukit Manda’rina Second Enclave, Cheras, are against the construction of the proposed Sungai Besi-Ulu Klang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) because it is too near their housing area.

About 30 residents of the new low-density neighbourhood consisting of 55 two-and-a-half-storey semi-detached houses, gathered at one of the houses to voice their dissatisfaction to representatives from the project’s concessionaire, Projek Lintasan Kota Sdn Bhd (Prolintas).
