THE usually quiet Kampung Gajah town was filled with the booming sound of fireworks in the night sky, illuminating the streets and houses that dotted the vast rural area.
The Jalur Gemilang hung proudly from lamp posts and the small streets were filled with traffic heading to FELCRA Changkat Lada, where the ‘People’s Gathering with the Prime Minister’ event was held.
