THE Welfare Village set up by Bodhi Heart Sanctuary on a 3.2ha land off Jalan Mount Erskine in Penang will be completed within the next five years.
Sanctuary president Lim Pang Suan said it would comprise two orphanages, a disabled people (OKU) centre, a skills development centre and an eye cataract clinic.
