MIRI: An electricity meter exploded, injuring a worker who was inspecting electrical work in a house at Jalan Lutong here.
The meter had been tampered with and its modified wiring compromised the safety requirements, which posed high risks to personnel working on it. The electrical worker sustained 10% first degree burns on his hands, arms, and face.
