PENANG MCA must adopt military strategist and philosopher Sun-Tzu’s ‘Art of War’ in its role as Opposition, said its state election operations machinery director Datuk Dr Loh Hock Hun.
Stating that attack was the best form of defence, he urged members, especially the young leaders, to step up the offensive.
