ABOUT 70 residents of the Batu Caves Indian Settlement Village staged another protest in front of the Selangor government office in Shah Alam urging Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim to stop the distribution of land in the area.
Led by Batu Caves Indian Settlement Social and Recreation Association secretary N. Malaiarasan, the residents arrived at 10am carrying placards which read “We Want Our Homes” and “Where is the State Government’s Justice?” and remained in the area for more than an hour.
