THE much awaited iron ore transhipment project in Perak by Vale International SA, worth billions of ringgit, is expected to start construction soon.
The proposed project in Teluk Rubiah, Lumut will be undertaken by the Brazilian mining giant’s subsidiary, Vale Malaysia Manufacturing.
