IT WAS a triple celebration for Jewellery Circles, Mandalay Jadeite & Rubies and Rafflesia Pearl Centre owner Winnie Sin as she celebrated Mandalay’s fourth anniversary, her 20th wedding anniversary and her 41st birthday.
To celebrate the three important events in her life, Sin and her husband Sin Cheang Loong decided to throw a party for some 200 family and close friends.
