PHC reiterates it has not received essential spare parts


GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Hill Corporation (PHC) has hit back at two companies which were re-sponsible for upgrading the Penang Hill funicular train over the 26-hour disruption of service on May 3.

Its general manager Datuk Lee Kah Choon said he was puzzled how a RM73mil train supplied by a reputable funicular train manufacturer could be damaged by a stray dog.
