GEORGE TOWN: An 89-year-old man was found dead in the driver’s seat of a Perodua Kancil with his face and body covered in blood.
Based on a Penang Turf Club membership card found on the man’s body in the car by the police, the victim was identified as Moey Guan Chin (pic) from Nibong Tebal.
