Charity walk
JOIN the All Women’s Action Society’s (AWAM) 6th Annual Charity Walk Treasure Hunt to be held on Nov 28 from 8am to 3pm at the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall. The family-friendly event is open to anyone above 10 years old and entre fee is RM200 per team (maximum four people). There will be RM10,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs and participants will get a chance to meet celebrities like Daphne Iking. All proceeds will go to AWAM services like free counselling, public education and legal reform work. Registration deadline is Nov 19.
