A TEAM of police personnel has been distributing flyers to residents of Jalan Sungai flats in Penang on the proper way to dispose of their garbage.
Penang police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Wira Ayub Yaakub said under operation codenamed Ops Sikat, they had been going around every unit to give out the notices to the residents.
