WOU offering needy students study grants


THOSE intending to pursue degree programmes but unable to do so due to financial constraints should head to the Wawasan Open University (WOU) booths during The Star Education Fair 2010.

WOU deputy vice-chancellor (operations) Dr Seah Soo Aun (pic) said the university is offering a Wawasan Education Foundation (WEF) study grant to subsidise the first semester tuition fees of needy students.
