TEMERLOH: Temerloh Umno will turn its sports carnival into a yearly affair to foster closer ties with party members and the local community, state deputy chief and Lanchang assemblyman Datuk Mohd Sharkar Shamsuddin said.
Mohd Sharkar said the event was also a good platform to enable the grassroots to meet their leaders and highlight pressing matters.
