Tribute to Michael

It is evident that King of Pop Michael Jackson is loved by all, no matter what country the people are from. Malaysians get to remember and celebrate the legendary pop icon at the Johor Baru Arts Festival. The special tribute will be held at the festival’s main stage at 9pm on July 13. The event is open to anyone who wants to perform in tribute to Jackson. Fans are also welcome to dress up in their best Michael Jackson costumes and do the moonwalk. Other events lined up for the festival are performances by Malaysian guitar maestros Paul Ponnudorai and Roger Wang tomorrow, as well as Alan Pereira and Indi Nadarajah from Comedy Court, and Julian Mokhtar from the Blues Gang. There will be guitar and music clinics too. The Johor Baru Arts Festival is at the Menara Ansar open-air parking lot and at Plaza Kotaraya indoor stage.
