THE lack of trust in the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is the main reason squatters do not want to move out of their settlements despite being issued eviction notices.
Squatters, who chose to ignore the notices, said they did not trust the DBKL to keep its promises and fear being cheated.
