Need to balance rights of residents, landowners

WE residents of Bukit Antarabangsa refer to the StarMetro report titled “Ampang Jaya NGO calls for reforms to development guidelines” on Sept 1.

I welcome the call but in doing so, we must take a fair approach by balancing landowners’ rights and residents’ concerns.
