Dogged by bad service


DURING a visit to Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s (DBKL) branch office in Taman Tun Dr Ismail to renew the dog licence, I was told that beginning this year, all applications were to be made online and they were not going to accept any forms filled up in writing.

Fair enough, but I do not understand why we were not informed about this via the mass media.
