A toothsome business, F&B

By JOY LEE

Awesome Threesome, featuring Morganfields most famous appetisers: Onion Blossom, Spicy Chicken Wings and Russet Potato Skins.

Jeffrey Goh was just another dentist when his fiancee went into the F&B business and he got hooked on it. The couple went on to found the Manhattan Fish Market, which they sold. And now, he’s building another chain: Morganfield’s. JOY LEE reports.

WALK into any Morganfield’s Restaurant, and you could be forgiven for assuming that it’s just another American franchise like TGI Friday’s or Tony Roma’s, what with its vintage decor, rustic ambiance, bar and porky menu.
