THE playful side of the galaxy takes centre stage at a mall in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Welcoming fans with intricate brick-built spaceships and fortresses, the ongoing “Lego Star Wars” exhibition at LG2 Orange Concourse in Sunway Pyramid has become a popular attraction with families.

At the heart of the display is a Lego-style Fortress Vader, surrounded by various intergalactic installations.

Two life-sized Stormtrooper replicas “guard” the gateway, stunning visitors with its detailed features as they enter the concourse.

The exhibition has proven a hit with children, as they were spotted taking photos with icons such as Yoda and Darth Vader.

The younger crowd also unleashed their creativity at dedicated building stations, where they can assemble their own custom starships and weaponry from Lego parts.

The immersive experience continues through tunnel-like corridors filled with a range of franchise elements, including lightsabers, making it accessible for both fans and newcomers.

The “Lego Star Wars” exhibition runs until May 10.
