Kampung fare highlight of PJ buffet

AUTHENTIC Malay flavours beckon with kambing golek kuzi and salmon fish-head curry taking centre stage daily in a hotel buffet in Petaling Jaya.

“Jom Iftar @ Armada PJ” is available at Utara Coffee House until March 17.

“We take great pride in presenting traditional Malay cuisine prepared with care and high-quality ingredients,” said executive chef Tony Tang.

“Our Ramadan buffet is designed to evoke the warmth of kampung cooking while offering diners signature dishes that are truly special,” he said.

The spread includes Daging Bakar Air Asam Kerisik, Rendang Tok Perak, Ayam Penyet, Siput Sedut Pisang Muda Masak Lemak, Ekor Asam Pedas, Rendang Daging and Rendang Ayam.

The buffet also features Nasi Lemak Buluh, a variety of kerabu and a soup station showcasing slow-cooked beef bones and cuts.

To end on a sweet note, there are traditional Malay kuih.

The buffet is priced at RM118nett per adult and RM88nett per senior citizen or child.
