For Chinese New Year, a park in Taiping, Perak, is featuring a cultural village, offering visitors an immersive walk-through experience designed to reflect prosperity, good fortune and new beginnings.

Until early next month, Spritzer EcoPark is offering free admission.

Decorations with traditional Chinese New Year elements are incorporated into the park’s lush natural surroundings.

A range of activities await visitors of all ages where families can enjoy DIY and crafting sessions, play mini golf with LED golf balls and take part in a friendly race on the paddle carts.

For visitors looking to slow down amid the festivities, STG Taiping cafe offers a cozy, relaxing spot to unwind and recharge with drinks and snacks.

Surrounded by nature, the park provides a relaxing space for visitors to slow down, reconnect with loved ones and celebrate the simple joys of the season.

Spritzer public relations head Winnie Chin said each year, it strived to create fresh and memorable experiences for visitors.

“The Year of the Horse represents progress and vitality and we want this celebration to reflect those qualities through an immersive environment that brings families together in these natural surroundings.

“Our goal is to offer a space where people can relax, reconnect, stay hydrated and begin the new year feeling refreshed and inspired.”

The park, located at Lot 898, Jalan Reservoir, Off Jalan Air Kuning in Taiping, is open daily from 10am to 9.30pm.
