HUAWEI has officially launched its latest foldable phone to date in Malaysia: the Huawei Mate X7.
At the heart of the device is the X-True™ dual display system. When folded, the 6.49-inch outer screen offers the familiarity of a premium smartphone.
Unfold the device, and an 8-inch inner canvas awaits. The Mate X7 also features the True-to-Colour Camera system. The 50-megapixel telephoto macro camera with 3.5x optical zoom allows for effortless transitions from sweeping landscapes to intricate close-ups.
The Ultra HDR recording capabilities deliver cinematic 4K footage. The Mate X7 is engineered with Ultra-Reliable Foldable Architecture, featuring Crystal Armour Kunlun Glass and IP58/IP59 dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, a massive 5,600mAh battery supports 66W wired SuperCharge. The phone is available in Nebula Red, Classic Black and Brocade White.
The Huawei Mate X7 is priced at RM8,688 and is available for pre-order in Malaysia from Jan 20 at all Huawei Experience Stores, the Huawei Official Website,, the Huawei Flagship Store on Lazada and the Huawei Official TikTok Shop.
Pre-order customers will receive exclusive gifts worth up to RM7,597, including a Huawei WATCH 5, a HUAWEI MatePad 11.5, HUAWEI Care+ with 1-Year 1-Time Screen Protection and a trade-in rebate worth up to RM2,000.
The Huawei Mate X7 will also be available via Maxis, with plans starting from RM170 per month through Maxis Postpaid.
At the event at Pavilion Arena in Pavilion Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, yesterday (Jan 20), Huawei also launched its new audio device featuring the signature Airy C-Bridge design - the Huawei FreeClip 2. The FreeClip 2 is now available in Malaysia at a special price of RM699 after a RM50 rebate at all HUAWEI Experience Stores.
Huawei also launched a new colour in its Huawei Watch Ultimate Design line.
The fourth iteration of the Huawei Watch Ultimate Design Royal Gold Edition, comes with exclusive free gifts worth up to RM2,192.
Meanwhile, the Huawei Watch GT 6 series now includes the Honma x Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro, a special collaboration with HONMA, the renowned Japanese luxury golf brand.
The Huawei Watch GT 6 41mm also comes in a new Milanese strap design, available in gold and black.
