THIS holiday season, the culinary stakes are raised as a food-and-beverage hospitality group announces a collaboration with reality competition show MasterChef Australia Season 9 champion Diana Chan.
With Chan bringing her innovative flair to The Souled Out Group’s chain of dining outlets, the exclusive partnership unveils a limited‑time Christmas menu designed to transform festive gatherings into unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
“Christmas has always been about sharing good food with the people you love, and I’m thrilled to bring that spirit back to Kuala Lumpur,” said Chan.
“Working with The Souled Out Group has been an absolute joy because they understand that dining is about community.
“For this special menu, I wanted to bridge the gap between traditional festive comfort and a fresh, vibrant punch of flavours. It’s a menu designed to be shared, messy and memorable,” she said.
Anchoring the festive line‑up is the Christmas Meat Platter (RM150), designed for sharing between two or three guests.
This carnivorous platter features a rich Beef and Ale Pie, a tender Onion Marmalade‑Glazed Lamb Shank and a Whole Roasted Spring Chicken with a festive glaze.
The meats are perfectly paired with roasted potatoes, rainbow baby carrots and nutty brown‑buttered Brussels sprouts.
For seafood lovers, the Fish Fillet Pie (RM38) is a guaranteed crowd‑pleaser. Succulent chunks of white fish are folded into a creamy blend of spinach, baby capers, and dill, all concealed beneath a golden, cheesy mashed potato crust.
To finish on a sweet, high note, Diana’s Rum Baba (RM22) offers a sophisticated twist on tradition: house‑made madeleines soaked in rum, served alongside smoky grilled pineapple, whipped rum cream and a signature drizzle of yuzu miso caramel.
Also available is the Turkey Roulade (RM58), accompanied by roasted vegetables and potatoes with a side of cranberry sauce.
On the drinks front, indulge your celebrations with GH Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne, available at exclusive prices by the glass and bottle, plus weekly Mumm Mimosa Cocktails (RM32 per glass).
The festive menu is available at nine restaurants in the Klang Valley from Dec 1 to 30, for lunch and dinner. However, the champagne and cocktails are only available at selected outlets.
