Water services provider signs first CA with union

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd officially signed its first collective agreement (CA) with Kesatuan Pekerja-Pekerja Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (KESAiS), witnessed by Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

The agreement covering over 2,203 union members, accounting for nearly half of Air Selangor employees, highlights the company’s commitment to employee well-being and operational excellence.
