‘Burasak’ a boost for culinary tourism

BURASAK, a traditional Bugis dish, can help attract more tourists to Johor now that it is listed as a national heritage food.

The dish made from rice and coconut milk is a Hari Raya Aidilfitri staple for the Bugis community in states like Johor, Sabah and Sarawak.
