HEALTHY home creator Cuckoo International (M) Sdn Bhd won two silvers awards at the Putra Brand Awards 2023.

The silver awards – in the home improvement products and stores category, and the personal, household and outdoor appliances category – is seen by the company as consumer trust in the brand.

The double victory is an improvement on the 2022 results when Cuckoo won a bronze.

“We are very happy that our passion to help Malaysians better integrate wellness into their homes has culminated in these wins,” said Cuckoo International founder and chief executive officer KC Hoe.

“It is also a significant milestone for us, as not only did we win again at the Putra Brand Awards for the second year, but we have also risen from bronze to silver in 2023.

“This is a humbling validation of our efforts and further solidifies our position as the nation’s leading healthy home creator, and consistent with our commitment to go ‘Beyond Standards’ in inspiring more Malaysians to be #SAMASAMAHealthier.”

The two Putra Brand silver awards for 2023 add to Cuckoo’s list of accolades last year received for excellence in areas ranging from business, marketing to human resource.

Cuckoo International has also innovated and diversified its portfolio of healthy home innovations in 2023, when the brand introduced two water purifiers, two air purifiers, its first range of massage chairs and a new mattress series.

The company also engaged Malaysians through its campaigns, such as the Lawan Lesu Dengan Cuckoo Ramadan-Raya campaign, and its biggest-ever consumer contest Buy Cuckoo Win Condo which ended in January.

Its achievements has helped Cuckoo extend its more than RM1bil revenue record for the fourth consecutive year at RM1.117bil (the group’s unaudited results) in 2023.

“Our commitment to provide holistic healthy home solutions and build deeper connections has solidified our position as a leading healthy home creator.

“We believe that it has laid a strong foundation for an even greater and exciting year in 2024, especially as we will be celebrating 10 years of creating healthier homes and inspiring Malaysians to be #SAMASAMAHealthier.

“As we celebrate these recognitions, we are also motivated to do even more to meet the demands of Malaysians for healthier living.

“We will continue our customer-centric approach that has enabled us to be attuned to consumer needs and be resilient against various challenges to become Malaysia’s leading healthy home creator.

“We will also place our customers and fans at the heart of what we do against a dynamic market environment – by providing Beyond Standards solutions and services,” said Hoe.
